Export Labels and Text

You can now export your plants, text, and labels to a .CSV table.

To export plants, text, and labels:

  1. Click on the Export Labels and Text tool.

  2. In the Export Data page, there is a categorized list of plants, text, and labels on the drawing. There are 2 categories: Plant List and Text & Leaders.

    • Plant List

      • Contains all Softscape Labels within the drawing.

      • Each row item is divided into columns in this order: Quantity, Botanical Name, Common Name, Plant Type.

    • Text & Leaders

      • Contains all other labels in the drawing generated by Text and Leader tools.

  3. There is an option to check/uncheck individual plants, text, and labels rows in the list. Only checked items will be included in the export.

    You can also check/uncheck an entire category by clicking on the header checkbox.

  4. Once the desired selection is made, click on the Export which downloads the *.csv file.

  5. Press Esc or close the tool by clicking on the X on the Export Data page, or open another tool.
