Duplicate

Use the Duplicate tool to make copies of things - a shape or figure to make a path or hedge, etc.

To create Duplicate entity(s):

1. Click on the Duplicate tool or press the D key.

2. Select the entity(s) to duplicate.

3. Choose an Option in the Sidebar:

   • Set Interval Between Copies: Creates duplicates starting from any first point selected on the entity.

   • Set Total Distance: Creates duplicates between the original and final points of the selected entities.

4. Set the "Duplicate count" or just click on the Duplicate along Direction or press the 1 key.

5. Click on the canvas to set the duplicate at a separation distance.

6. Hover along the line of direction to preview additional copies of the selected entity(s).

7. Click to set duplicates along the line of direction.

8. Press Esc or right click and select Close Tool to exit the tool.
